GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT

The Scheme provides for the appointment of 15 trustees; one ex-officio, seven nominative and seven co-optative.  The ex-officio trustee is the Rector or Priest in Charge of the Parish of St. Chad’s, Lichfield.  In the event of the ex-officio trustee being unwilling to act, then the trustees may appoint an additional trustee to fill the vacancy.
